I moved the tub from being a corner tub to a more modern style and placed it against the outside wall and added a shower. Pics included! There are 2 tile inserts in the shower for shampoo, etc with pretty multicolored accented tiles as a back inlay to offset the rest of the tiles. Also I used the same accent tile going around the top and front area of the tub. I used the 12”x18” taupe/gray tiles as the shower wall as well as for the floor of the bathroom. I also installed two very pretty 3-votive light fixtures over each sink, a ceiling light, 2 new sink faucets and a new shower/tub faucet in the enclosed shower, all being in the newer dark brown tones! There are some minor things that need to be completed as the door facings on the inside of the bathroom doors. We moved and did not get a chance to finish that out. They have the kits at The Home Depot I was planning to use. It has a step up dining area. I put a brand new large brown tone chandelier in that area. In the kitchen there are 2 skylights and I placed a beautiful dark tone hanging light over the sink as well. I also had the opening for the washer and dryer drywalled and painted l. I added wire shelving and linoleum for the floors. It is in convenient location! Corner lot with circular drive. Great starter home. Central a/h The front porch does need to be replaced. My husband got sick and was not able to get these things finished before leaving. Also the outside needs paint.
