The quirkiness that Boulder is well known for remains alive here, including the "Mork and Mindy House" just one block away. Old meets new in my home. Dental trim, hand carved wooden banisters and original built-ins tie into an open floor plan to fit my modern family. The fully furnished house is warm and welcoming. *Please note that I do not have central AC. I use an evaporative cooler in the summer, and have added AC window units for cooling after multiple days above 90 degrees. This is my primary living space that I am renting for the month of July only. I've chosen to rent for 31 days to reduce the amount of wear and tear from short-term rental turnover. Included in the base rent is a complimentary mid-month clean. The home hosts 2 other apartments in the building therefore, quiet hours are enforced between 10PM and 8AM by all tenants. On site, off street parking is included. Final cleaning fee will be deducted from security deposit. Note: I do not have central AC. I have a window AC unit in the bedroom and another in the living room. With proper attention by tenants (using window coverings to keep sun out, etc.) the home will stay cool. Rental agreement required via Docusign unless otherwise arranged.
