We are looking to rent an extension of our house. It is composed of two rooms, a small kitchen, one and a half bathrooms, and in-unit washer and dryer. Everything is in very clean and almost new conditions. All other appliances including the refrigerator, microwave, stove, and sink are brand new. Unit has only had one prior tenant and remains in beautiful condition. Rooms include nearly new air conditioners and cabinets. Also included is a small backyard patio with a fence for privacy (see pictures). We are looking to rent as a whole unit. Perfect for CSUN students as we are a 5-10 minute walk from campus. Also good for a couple. Please note, there is no living/dining room included and no drugs or smoking is allowed. Two parking spots in the driveway will be included. We also have three dogs who might bark at first but are very friendly after the first time they meet you.
