Newly renovated room (10'x10'6" approximately) in a three bedroom house for rent. This room does share a bathroom with another roommate (age 28 male). We haven't furnished the living room or dining room due to everyone basically lives out of their room. But we are looking at furnishing. The room is not furnished so you will have a free space to decorate. The shared bathroom is also newly remodeled with a tile shower. The kitchen is shared between the three roommates. There is some workout equipment in the garage and a washer and dryer available for use. I don't mind sharing and going to the laundromat is no fun. The other roommate is a 52 year old retired male. We like to interact and cook together sometimes. So it is a very chill atmosphere. Everyone does their part to keep the house clean and all bills are split evenly between the tenants each month. There is a large backyard perfect for a garden or area to let the pets run around. The home does have one indoor cat named Atlas (approximately 10 months old) and I have a 14 month old bearded dragon named Zenyo. We welcome pets so long as they are house broken (if going to be inside) and your clean about their upkeep. The rent is $999.00 and the security deposit is one months rent due on movin. We welcome you to come by for a tour to see if this is a good fit for you. There is one room available. The minimum term of the lease is 6 months, and the maximum is 1 year. This is dependent on what the tenant prefers. Smoking is only allowed outside. Tenants responsible for watering and general condition of the landscaping/yards (trimming, pulling weeds or paying a service etc.). Tenants responsible for quarterly pest control treatment (spraying the interior and exterior). No leaking vehicles in the driveway. Only personal storage and vehicles allowed. Tenant responsible for maintaining the overall condition of the property as it was when rented. Tenants are jointly and individually responsible for all standards in the lease dependent on the topic. Tenants are expected to keep a generally clean and sanitary condition of the property. This doesn't mean there can never be a little mess. It just means to clean up after yourself when you make a mess out of respect for each other. Rent is due on the first and a late fee is due if paid after the 5th of $100.00. Utilities are divided with each room paying their portion to the property manager. Once a utility bill is available and posted, it is to be paid within 10 days. There is a washer/dryer and exercise equipment for you to use for a fee. But they are not part of the lease and owned by the property manager. meaning if they are broken, they are not required to be replaced. Living here is very relaxed and simple. Respect each other, respect the property and everyone should be happy and enjoy their lives living here. We are also replacing the stove and getting a refrigerator.
