This great two bedroom, one bathroom, ground level apartment sits on the Millrace, a small, man-made body of water. It is located two blocks from the campus of the University of Oregon. Pets are welcome at Millrace Apartments. They must be spayed or neutered, licensed, and current on vaccines. Monthly pet rent is $25 and the refundable pet deposit is $100. Up to three animals permitted per unit. There is no size limit for dogs, but due to insurance requirements we do not permit pit bulls or dogs that look like pit bulls. This unit has a lovely mural on one wall in the kitchen, painted by a tenant long ago. Each time the unit has turned over since 2005 when I began managing this building, I have asked if the tenant wanted it covered and so far they've all said no.
