The location is less than a five minute walk from a Mariano's, LA Fitness, Ravenswood metra stop and the Lawrence bus (81). The Damen brown line stop is about a ten minute walk. Lease details: - Our lease is available through May 9, 2019 but you will have the option to renew after that. - Rent is $2,090 per month until May 9. If you decide to renew the lease, rent will go up to $2,173 per month ($2,382 per month for a 6 month lease). - Parking is available ($175 per month for uncovered and $195 for covered). - You wouldn't need to make a security deposit because you'll be assuming ours. - We paid the pet fee for two pets, so you wouldn't need to pay any additional fees if you are bringing pets (up to two). - Application is required per person ($50 per application and an additional $150 administration fee).
