    Well-built neat and clean home being sold as part of an estate. Roof was new in 2012. All main floor windows are replacements. Hardwood floors in all three bedrooms. Home appears to be in excellent shape as former owner was pretty meticulous about this home. It is dated but could really be updated beautifully. Co-executors are fine with buyers' inspections but are pretty much selling the home in "as is" condition.
