Hi, I am looking to rent out a portion of a nice large home in Lake Wildwood. It is essentially a 3 story and I will be living in the bottom section for the time being (a finished basement). I am easy going and keep busy with work and school. The top 2 stories of the home is 1750 Sq Ft and essentially a 4 bedroom (one does not have a closet). There is some furniture here if needed, updated appliances, laundry on site, hot tub, hammock, and all of the lake wildwood amenities. There is also of course privacy with separate entrances. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats. The cats remain outside. I am looking for a good family to make my house a home again. Close commute to Beale AFB and Grass Valley.
