My partner and I have enjoyed living here for over a year now, but need to unexpectedly move out of state. We are looking for someone to take over our lease which ends on July 31, 2021. The apartment complex is quiet, and located conveniently near the 101 fwy, about a quarter mile from Cal Poly grand ave entrance. There is plenty of free parking in the apt parking lot. This would be an official lease take over, not a sublet. You would need to apply with California West (the management company) and we would both fill out documents from Cal West to transfer your name to the lease. You would be the recognized legal tenant. I marked it as available on 11-1-20 but that's flexible. Feel free to text me if you'd like to come take a look at the apartment - we'd be happy to give you a tour. Water and trash included. You pay gas and electric through PG&E.
