Full Laundry room with 2nd refrigerator and some storage. Large outdoor Hot tub. Large smart tv in living room with Couch, Recliner and coffee table. Very clean property. There is taxidermy and wildlife art in the house so no anti-hunters or green peace roommates.:). Roommate preferences are males, but an open minded female will be ok too. All utilities are included: gas, water, electric, garbage, wi-fi. Large lawn and patio. BBQ and propane firepit. Private drive. No pets. No smoking. No drugs. This is a month to month lease after 3 months, There will be a small security/cleaning fee deposit ($300) which is partially refundable (minus cleaning fees) if there is no damage etc.
