Owner is responsible for plumbing fails, electrical fails, Hvac fails, Appliance Fails and roofing. Owner has maintenance, and on call maintenance for after hours. Offers curtesy security 8pm-6am. Renter is responsible for all utilities (gas, water, trash, evergy), snow removal, yard upkeep, and property upkeep. We offer a $15 damage Waiver with your rent renter does not have renters insurance. We have applications online and in office. All that is needed is 30 days current paystubs or any income, Ids, and App fee which is just $50. Approvals take a week or less to come back from corporate. Renters are responsible for all utilities (Water, Gas, Electric, Sewer).
