Refundable security deposit of $1000, one time cleaning fee $250. We are currently looking for a one year lease minimum however we may consider six month on a case by case basis. This is a furnished rental. Background and credit check will be required for adults residing. There is no smoking or vaping permitted inside or on the grounds.
