This is a 12-month lease. Rent is due the first day of every month (via. Zelle, Zillow). Tenant will pay a security deposit and it will be returned at the end of the lease. Tenant agrees to keep the place clean and in good shape Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may be deducted from the deposit. Tenant is allowed up to 2 pets. If tenant decides to break the lease, tenant must give 30 days' notice if leaving early Breaking the lease early may result in extra costs unless otherwise agreed.
