Tenants can only park a total of 4 cars (in the garage and on driveway). The house is part of a community with playground nearby. The drive is only 10 minutes from UCR. The house is in the Riverside Unified school district. Lease duration is 12 months. The rent is $4390 per month. Security deposit is equivalent to one month of rent. Security deposit is due when lease is signed and the 1st month rent for move-in. The tenants are expected to pay the full amount of the rent and other fees even if other tenants cannot pay their share. The keys will be given after receiving the rent, security deposit and the receipt of renter's insurance meeting the standard described below. The HOA fee is covered by the landlord. The utilities and internet are not included. The house comes with solar panel with electricity tenants can use free of charge.
