Imagine walking to Max's Oyster bar for their famous happy hour with $1 oysters or heading to Bartaco for some drinks and only being a five-minute walk from home. Welcome to the West Ford Condo complex. These are individual owned condos that are mostly owner occupied. The court yard in between the condos reminds me of Melrose Place. A great place to meet people. This is a true one-bedroom condo with one bedroom being separate from the rest of the living space (not a studio like some units here). The dining and living room maximize this unit's space. This open space gets a lot of natural light from the sliders that exit onto a nice patio. Also great for cross ventilation. The condo does come with built in ACs. The combo room is definitely big enough for a decent size table and couches to entertain. The kitchen is newer and has all stainless-steel appliances, including a dishwasher and disposal. There is a window above the sink that looks onto the Melrose Place courtyard! The bedroom has a sizable closet and a wall mount for a TV. There is another slider out to the patio from this room. This is a nice spot to enjoy a glass of wine or cup of coffee. There is one full bathroom that is updated and spotless. The entire condo is meticulously clean (even for the most discerning eye) and is very well maintained. The carpets have been professional cleaned. This is an easy place to call home because of the awesome location. It's really steps away from the movies, the most popular restaurants and hangouts in the area, live music at Blue Back Square, and even Tribe for a great workout. An added bonus is that this unit comes with a covered garage spot. There is a thorough application process that includes credit, employment, and income verification. We are strict with credit. There will only be a one month security deposit with a strong application. The tenant is only responsible for paying for electricity. It does have electric heat but has been reasonable because each room can be controlled (average monthly bill $125). Cold water and condo fee is paid by owner. Thanks for considering our condo.
