This is a premium location on a private lane, so it's very quiet despite its proximity to so much else. Public transportation; bus and Trax stops nearby as well. Several restaurants, bars, and grocery stores within walking distance. LGBTQ+ friendly! This lovely home has hard wood floors and ceramic tile in all public spaces. Large living room, galley kitchen, and a unique vintage layout with lots of character and amazing lighting throughout. Washer/dryer and Dishwasher in house, and there's also a great patio for summer BBQs, etc. The room itself (photos 9-13) is the master bedroom including separate A/C, and a private en suite bathroom w/ separate heat control, a Clawfoot tub/shower and excellent lighting. Utilities are around $75/month and include power, gas, and WiFi. Water is included with rent. 2 current tenants are male, one full time student at the U of U who is also working nearly full-time, and one working professional, who is very outdoorsy. We both have very active social lives as well. Open to both genders, current roommate moving out is female. Originally planned to be available Aug 01, but can be as soon as July 15, with July rent paid. This is a year-long lease. Water and garbage are covered by the landlord, while tenants are responsible for all other utilities, including gas, electricity, and internet. Pets are not preferred; however, we are open to considering well-trained animals that are properly cared for.
