This is an all electric place and we also added new windows to help with efficiency. Tenant is responsible for all bills and the yard maintenance. Grass must be kept mowed at all times. There is a large fenced parking area for vehicles. The bathroom was gutted and everything is brand new including all fixtures. There is a very nice porcelain walk in shower. Pets may be considered on a case to case basis with a non refundable one time pet fee - we do not charge pet rent. Any pet must be neutered or spayed and be current on all shots. No chaining of animals is allowed and any aggressive breed must have pet insurance. You must have renter's liability insurance for your personal property or sign a waiver releasing us of any responsibility. We DO NOT accept HUD or housing vouchers. Lease term is 1 year and the rent is $1100 per month with a $1000 security deposit. All persons over 18 years old must fill out an application whether they are responsible for paying the rent or not. Maximum occupancy per a 1 bedroom place is 3 people. No smoking allowed on property. Applicants must pre qualify by filling out a Zillow application online first - then we will schedule a showing.
