The property also has an attached one-car garage. This property has many upgrades not found in other rentals in the area. It must be seen to be truly appreciated. Rent is $895 per month Security deposit $850, due in full at lease signing before keys and possession of the property will be given to the tenants One year minimum lease Tenants are required to have renter's insurance (tenant will be able to deduct monthly rental insurance cost from monthly rent up to $10 per month). Tenant is responsible for all utilities, trash service & lawn care within the fenced backyard only. Small pets under 25 pounds are allowed with a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300 for the first two pets, $150 for each additional pet.
