The security deposit will only be utilized in the event of property damage or if additional cleaning is required beyond the standard post-stay cleaning. Assuming no damages or excessive cleaning are identified, the security deposit will be released and refunded within 3 days following your check-out date. You will be promptly notified in writing of any deductions made from the security deposit, along with a detailed explanation of the charges, if applicable. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the terms of this security deposit clause and authorize the property owner to initiate a hold on your credit card for the specified amount.
