The Location and Building Close to 77/24/15/18/20 bus lines and a four-minute walk to Providence Park MAX (I've timed it: 50 minutes door-to-door to the airport), and five blocks from Whole Foods, eight blocks from Trader Joe's, and ten minutes' walk from either Pearl/Uptown and the streetcar or NW 21st/23rd Avenues. The location can't be beat for walkability. Easy-in/easy-out level access and elevator make moving a cinch. Half-height storage unit with lock provided on the ground floor. Community bicycle parking and laundry facilities also located on ground floor (plus a community lending library). Electronic access via cell phone allows you to provide access when not physically on the premises. Lease terms flexible: month-to-month, 6-month, 11-month. Owner pays water, garbage; tenant pays electric and cable/internet.
