Tenant will share common living space, the living room and kitchen with other tenants. There is additional storage space in the basement available for bins and boxes for all tenants to share. One tenant will have a dog at the house approximately 3 days a week. Dog is friendly with people and other dogs! Tenants will be responsible for all utilities to be paid on a monthly basis in addition to rent. No smokers and pets are on a case by case basis. - No smoking allowed inside - No guests more than 3 days in a row in a 7 day period - Open door policy to rooftop deck.
