    I've just moved back to this home in Florida this week to "lease" or "rent to own" out my stylish and fully furnished condo home located in Equestrian Parc off Highwoods Preserve which is next to Bruce B Downs & I75 intersection. Great choice of local restaurants, Muvico movies, local schools, grocery stores & the Flatwoods nature trial/parc all within 1-2 miles or 3-5 minutes. Located 15 minutes from University of South Florida main campus, Wiregrass mall and the Outlets in new Tampa. 25 minutes from downtown Tampa and 40-45 minutes to the beaches! Recent home upgrades - the condo had an interior and recent exterior paint job and full cleaning so looks new. A $5000 air conditioning unit was just installed in 2017 along with a new front door with double lock entry and a new dryer! The wood flooring upgrade project was installed in the summer of 2015. I own a one car garage right next to the property "G41" as part of the home and is included in the lease terms. Previous tenants with my approval have subleased to another Equestrian home owner in the past. New remote and keypad have just been installed in 2020. Condo facilities include tennis court, pool, jacuzzi, business center, 24 hour fitness center, car washing facility, indoor cookout/bbq facility next to pool, beach volleyball court, pool table & kids playgrounds... Gate remote clicker, gate/pool/business center/fitness center facility access & mailbox key will be provided. Ideally 9 or 12 months and minimum 7 months rental contract agreement. $1350/month plus electric/water and $650 security deposit (refunded in full once rental agreement expires and if no major property damage by tenants). If request early termination of rental agreement a one month notice will be required. There is a one time $50 new tenant fee for basic background check required by the Equestrian Parc management team. Ideal for families, 2 young professionals or mature students living together!
