We are selling AS IS. The roof is only about 8-10 yrs old, but the north side of the dormer does leak in a hard rain. The garage needs tlc, there are shingles there to reroof it. Kitchen linoleum needs replaced. BUT there is a lot of potential and the bones are good!! Open living/dining room. Good sized bathroom. And only one room of carpet remains- with some work, the hardwood could be exposed there too! Awesome house for the price!!
