Available for local/incoming undergrad/grad student (9-month lease, proof of student status is required for $50 off/month), otherwise a traditional 12-month lease is required. Second floor bathroom is shared with another person. 1 room and 1 floor of 3-room townhome available for rent. Rent includes all utilities (water, gas, electric), high-speed Internet, and common use items provided (paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, etc.). Non-smokers only and JHU/JHMI students and staff preferred, but other professionals will also be considered.
