Fort Lauderdale city ordinance quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. There is no smoking inside the house, with a $1000 fine for violations. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am. Guests are asked to treat the property as their own and report any broken items immediately. Please be aware that this is a duplex property and Unit B is your designated space; Unit A is for management access only. Locked areas, including the garage, cabinet doors, and modem box, are for management access only. Please do not attempt to enter Unit A. The sauna and ice bath should be used responsibly and are not recommended for children. Please do not have the AC thermostat below 60 degrees as this can freeze the AC unit. Please do not flush paper towels, tampons, wipes of any sort, sanitary napkins, or anything other than toilet paper. All loose trash is to be bagged and put in waste bins provided. Please do not overfill trash bins. Any excess trash, waste, or any other mess resulting in additional cleaning will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $300. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to cancellation and forfeiture of advance payment. Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited. Please leave all items and furniture in the same place you found them. Daily maid service is not included. The maximum number of guests is 10. Please ensure all doors are locked and secured when leaving the property and at night. There are 5 outdoor cameras and 2 sound level detection devices on the property. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio, but not inside the home, with a $1000 smoke remediation fee for any evidence of smoking inside the home. Please do not leave the sauna running unattended. Special events and gatherings are subject to approval and a fee. Please log in to use your own streaming accounts. Please bag all trash and place it in the provided waste bins. Please purchase travel insurance as no refunds will be made under the strict cancellation policy. While efforts are made to keep bugs out, some tropical bugs and wildlife may be present. Unauthorized guests are not allowed without expressed consent. Unruly guests will receive a first and final warning, and a second complaint will result in immediate eviction. Fort Lauderdale water may have a yellow tint due to tannins; Brita filters and water bottles are provided for convenience.
