Rent is 1725 and there are 3 other roomates. The room is great and spacious and comes furnished with dresser and bed. Lots of sunlight and is the largest room in the house. Nice large closet area that fits plenty. The bathroom is shared with one other roommate. The house is super sick with a large backyard and front yard, 2 full bathrooms, full laundry, great spacious kitchen and living room. Landlord is great. The boys here are super great and mellow, love the outdoors and always being active. Surfing, fishing, diving or pretty much anything they are up for. Got a new job offer so need to taken over asap. No pets, utilities are about 110.
