The home is an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings through the middle and in 2 of the 4 bedrooms. The bedrooms are split with the master on one side. Two of the extra bedrooms have french door access from the entry hall and the bedroom with the pool table is separate at the back. There are hardwood floors and ceramic tile. The home is well-kept with a contemporary feel. Don't worry...the stuffed heads don't stay, but show you how high our ceiling are. :) Neighborhood Description Located in Union shcool district, this neighborhood is secluded with one way in and out on Urbana, which is accessed off 91st and Hemlock through Copper Creek. There are only 27 homes. Our home backs up to a greenbelt and has around 14 mature trees in the back yard, creating a beautiful foliage canopy in the summer. Several of the other yards have mature trees also. The neighborhood was developed in the late 1990's, with several of the larger homes being completed between 2001 and 2005. There is a city maintained park with a small walking trail two blocks from our neighborhood in Copper Creek. A larger, popular park is located at 91st and Garnett. We are 2 miles east of Highway 169 and approximately 2 1/2 miles to the Creek Turnpike. It is about 5 minutes to the restaurants and movie theatre at 71st and Highway 169. The super WalMart is about 5 minutes and there is a Neighborhood WalMart also within 5 minutes and Reasors within 8 minutes and Warehouse Market just down the street. During the ice storm, the electricity in our neighborhood was only out for approximately 7 hours.
