Owned your own home, OR be a *First time renter having NEVER been on a TAA lease. *First time renters require a Co-signer, and must have at least 1 positive trade line, or 1 bill in their name. *Co-signers must be able to prove the same 5 Requirements. 2. NO EVICTIONS. 3. Cannot owe ANY property money from move out or damages. Applicants must pay off remaining balance before application can be Approved. 4. Must be able to prove 3 times the rental rate. 5. No Criminal History within the last 7 to 10 years. This includes being on probation and parole.
