There are a plethora of nearby shops and restaurants to discover as well as a Metro bus line that stops in front of the building that goes downtown every 15 minutes. This spacious 1bedroom unit is situated on the Southeast side of the building and receives great natural light. It has laminate flooring throughout and newer carpet in the bedroom. There is a washer/dryer stack in the bathroom. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $1000 deposit that is then applied to the refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dogs, cats are allowed. A parking stall may be available for $75/month
