You will also find a fully stocked kitchen and a lovely large dining table, comfortable living room with smart TV and French doors leading to the patio in the backyard, a sun porch with table and chairs, 1 bathroom with clawfoot tub for bath or shower and original tin ceiling tiles. There is a stackable laundry unit in the pantry off the kitchen. There is also a sweet little park just behind our building where 18th Street dead ends.
Parking and Backyard
Off street parking is available for one car in the alley behind the building. Your patio is in a fully fenced backyard that is private for the building but others staying here may be in the backyard to access their cars or when coming and going. I live upstairs and need to come down into the backyard to get in and out of my apartment. Other than that, the yard is quiet and private.

You are an easy 2 block walk to Pearl Street where you have a plethora of hip cafes, incredible dining, chic boutiques, high-end retail as well as bohemian gift shops and cool consignment stores. You can also find great live music and the Pearl Street Mall.
