Bedroom 2 is up the spiral staircase and has a twin daybed that converts to a king bed (2 twins side by side that make a king bed). The twin beds do not separate. This room could also be used as a sitting room or office. You will also find a fully stocked kitchen and a lovely large dining table, comfortable living room with smart TV and French doors leading to the patio in the backyard, a sun porch with table and chairs, 1 bathroom with clawfoot tub for bath or shower and original tin ceiling tiles. There is a stackable laundry unit in the pantry off the kitchen. There is also a sweet little park just behind our building where 18th Street dead ends. Parking and Backyard Off street parking is available for one car in the alley behind the building. Your patio is in a fully fenced backyard that is private for the building but others staying here may be in the backyard to access their cars or when coming and going. I live upstairs and need to come down into the backyard to get in and out of my apartment. Other than that, the yard is quiet and private.
