You continue to use 1008 as the size of my home and you attach a value to it at that size. Not so. My home is 1680 square feet excluding the attached garage, all finished, plus attached garage of 336 square feet (also finished). The upper level is 1008 finished square feet and the lower level is 672 finished square feet for a total of 1680 square feet, finished. As noted, the finished garage is 336 finished square feet for a total of 2,016 square feet, finished. You have underestimated the size and value of this home.
