The apartments come with a stove and refrigerator, and an AC unit, some have balconies or patios,(furniture is not included) you will receive an assigned parking space at no extra charge and some units also come with a storage bin. The apartments are electric for heat, cooking, hot water, lights and you as the tenant would be responsible for your electric costs as well as cable/internet. As part of the application process you would be required to complete an application, provide a copy of a photo id and written proof of income. A credit and background check will be performed. If necessary a co- signer may be required. Your gross income must be at least three times the rental amount monthly and this cannot be combined income. We do require a security deposit equal to one months rent. The landlord provides water, sewer and trash removal. Dogs are not permitted-nor do we allow caged animals. A cat (max 2) is accepted with a deposit equal to one months rent and an additional $15.00 per month added to the monthly rent.
