This room is located upstairs in our main home. Tenant must enter and exit through our front door. Washing machine and dryer in garage. Ample street parking. Upon moving in, first month rent and deposit is due. Rent is due on first of each month. Wifi, utilities, garbage, and water is included in rent. You will have a designated LAUNDRY DAY and we will leave both the washer and dryer fully OPEN for you. Empty your garbage and recycling by Wednesday evening into the bins outside on the driveway - garbage day is Thursday. Do NOT burn any candles. Incense is okay. NO smoking. NO overnight guests. NO pets Respect the quiet hours of 10 pm - 6 am. No overnight visitors. Please park in front of our house on the street. Please feel free to use our kitchen and backyard at your discretion. Please lock the front door upon entry. At anytime, we can give the tenant notice of immediate termination if guidelines are not being met.
