The apartments are through Windermere - these are photos from similar units. We are in a 1 bed/1 bath with laundry room on the property. This unit is on the second floor. This is a gated community right next to Roosevelt Park in Bellingham. Rent is $1190 including water/garbage. The application fee is $45. We are asking for $1000 deposit. The lease is up on 7/31, with the possibility of lease renewal. We are open to showing the unit. We are in the process of packing and downsizing/selling stuff so it's a bit chaotic.
