The distinct blue and white bring the Santorini style to your stay. The cottage has a fenced-in yard with a dome gazebo. It is a welcoming place for a family of two, or add two small kids and their furry friend. 100Mbps WIFI high speed internet. Outdoor security cameras are installed to ensure the max safety of our guests and property. Fully furnished and all utilities included(water, trash, sewer, electricity, internet). No Smoking allowed. Lease is flexible from weekly to monthly depending on the availability of the house. (Note: a 13.5% occupancy tax will be charged on top of the rent if the lease is less than 90 days) A $130 cleaning fee will be part of the lease. A $80/pet fee will be charged for pet(s).
