We are re-leasing the apartment for the duration of our lease which is July 31st. You would not need to put a deposit down however you will be accepting the apartment "as is". Don't worry tho it will be clean (: You would also need to be able to pay application fee (55 per applicant). Water, sewer and trash removal is charged by the apartment complex every month. You are also required to have renters insurance (appx 13-14 a month) On top of the utilities you will have to pay I.e gas and electric. Does include a car port. The apartment is tucked away in the back for privacy.
