    If you are looking for the perfect place to build your dream home this is the place. Located directly off Maud rd, a highly coveted area due to low winds, lots of winter sunlight, peaceful surroundings and nearby recreation. The land boasts AMAZING mountain views, with mountains in three directions. The subdivision is very private with low traffic that ends in a culdesac. The area is beautiful, the water here is great, and the soil consists of about 2 ft of topsoil and then great gravel.
