The purpose is to make sure the property is being kept cleaned and cared for. I will offer 72 hour notice of this inspection. It will be conducted by myself or a representative. I may be willing to do a virtual inspection. I will not exceed more than 3 of these inspections annually. With the ideal tenant I will be very reasonable.
