Great 3 bed/2 bath family home in a nice subdivision near a park. It has a 2 car garage, storage shed, all appliances, large fenced backyard, and a great deck with views. We want to attract good renters to work with and we are flexible on pets with a deposit. Please let us know if you would like a application for rent sent to you. We prefer a 1 year lease but can be flexible on the terms and can breakup deposit over 2 months. We like dogs but can not have aggressive breeds.
