Violation results in eviction with no refund. Tenant Responsibilities Remove all trash and place in exterior receptacles. Sort recyclables and place bins out by 6AM Mondays. Wash and store all dishes, pans, and silverware. Remove all food from house and refrigerator. Return moved items to original locations ($50 fee if not). House Rules No house parties. No pets. Do not flush feminine products or wet wipes. No coolers or ice barrels indoors. No smoking ($500 fine if any evidence of smoking in residence). No RVs, campers, boats, tents, bonfires, fireworks, or drinking game tables. No parking on grass. Maintain grounds, decks, and patios. Respect neighbors for many of our surrounding neighbors, this is their year-round home. Please be courteous of noise in relation to the proximity of each house. Violations Police calls, neighbor complaints, or house parties result in eviction with no refund. Liability Owner not responsible for natural disasters. Tenant indemnifies owner from injury or loss. Use of boats, floats, and swimming is at tenant's own risk. Tenant Supplies Linens, towels, paper products, trash bags, detergents. Cleaning Expectations Maintain home as your own.
