Stone fire pit and seating area in the backyard. Owner pays for gardeners 1x/week for lawn care and basic upkeep of plants. The renter is expected to water the front and back yard daily in addition to the timed sprinklers, in order to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the landscape. Renter pays for utilities. Because of the double-paned windows and natural light, the utilities can be quite low each month. In the winter months we pay between $65-85/month. In the Summer months of Summer, when using the AC, we spend approximately $155/month. Trained pets are allowed for an additional security deposit of $150. Absolutely no smoking in or on the premises, including the medicinal use of marijuana. This is a kid friendly neighborhood.
