Browtine Lodge is around 4,800 square feet, and can accommodate large groups. We have hosted parties of around 300, and served meals to 45-60 people. A cook's dream kitchen with 2 double sinks, a sleek countertop, a double convection oven, a wine cooler, and a large double fridge/freezer unit. The 4x8 island functions as a buffet or gives you ample space for holiday baking or canning. It is piped for a pot filler over the cook top and has a lowered mixing station. The bathroom/shower room has 2 stalls, 2 sinks and 3 tiled showers. The entire upstairs is tiled for easy clean up and lasting wear, with the exception of the sun/tv room. The windows give you a panoramic view of the lake, timber, and surrounding grounds. Hand scraped wood floor makes the room warm and inviting. We had the lodge set up with 4 bedrooms that slept 22. The converted 2 basement bedrooms have efficient wall units so that when you do not need that section they can be closed off. The basement is big enough to accommodate many recreational areas. It is also tiled and has 2 sets of french doors that lead out to the back patio. It also houses an office, large utility room, a sizable hall closet and pantry upstairs off the kitchen. Total Remodel in 2008. New Roof in fall of 2017 including a new porch and guttering. There are 3 patios, the front porch that is 51'x12'. The large deck off the Master Bedroom is 12'x'28' with timber railing. An enormous patio on the back that measures 51'x20'. A great location for grilling and serving large groups while having a birds eye view of the property. It is 4x6 framed and very efficient. The structure is in need of new siding, 1 window replaced and flooring redone in the downstairs bath.
