This rental is for a 2 bedroom and 1.5 bath duplex that is very clean. It includes ceiling fans, new energy efficient windows, fenced in backyard, garage, refrigerator, stove. I will accept section 8 for this unit. I am open to a dog as long as it is an acceptable breed and is current on its shots. There will be an additional $500 security deposit per dog, maximum of 2 dogs.
