    Price reduced! We're motivated! This is a nice acre of level land. Treed, private, "away from it all". The area is all about historic summer outposts. Near James Creek. Perfect for a solar cabin. Easily buildable level lot with ponderosa, lodgepole, and interesting rock outcroppings. Nice views to the south across the valley. There are no subdivision covenants but it is in Boulder County so recommend looking into their regulations regarding what you'd like to do. You can call Boulder County Land Use at 303-441-3930. Note that there is no easement through the final 4 or so properties. So while there's a road that's been used forever, a "legal", surveyed access road will need to be established prior to acquiring a Building Permit. Still a great spot for summer camping, etc. This is back there with only occasional human neighbors and lots of wild ones. It's 20 minutes to Brainard Lake Rec Area, Peaceful Valley. Nat'l Forest access nearby. 2WD ok for summer but winter driving access is challenging. Note: structure on the property needs to be deconstructed and removed. This property makes a great getaway, or for the hardy, a home that really gets you off grid and into nature!
