NO pets please, including birds and turtles. Smoking may be done outside but not in the house. Property manager is on site and always ready to fix any issues that come up along the way. Open to 1 or 2 residents. Sorry No Children under 18. Visitors/friends not on the lease that are camping out more than 3 days a week are not permitted without proper consent from property manager.
