This is a basement unit. Great if you're working from home with fast 1G fiber internet and less than 30 minutes from SLC downtown having quick access to I-15. The office is basically like a smaller third bedroom without a closet. Target, Walmart, Winco, Smiths, Cinemark, Layton Hills Mall and the Clearfield Frontrunner station are all less than 8 minutes away. Station Park, Lagoon, and Costco's in Ogden/Bountiful are 15-18min. The "video walkthrough" does not fully represent what is offered for this unit. I'm working to get that removed. Open tours will be February 20th from 12pm - 1:30pm. Owner pays for water, electricity, gas, sewer, trash, and internet. Renter is responsible for obtaining renters insurance. Up to two cars, both can fit on right side of driveway. No smoking. Good credit and background.
