Hello, I am the owner of this property and have a room for rent in my 1st floor downstairs unit. Private room on first floor with private bathroom and kitchen. Rent includes water and shared utilities. Month-to-month leases only. NO SMOKING in nor outside of the property. No littering, hoarding nor trashing room. There will be no loitering outside exterior of the property and absolutely no one can occupy the unit that isn't on the lease. I want potential tenants to know if smoking or vaping are detected lease termination process will take effect immediately and there will be a 30-day notice to vacate property. I live upstairs and use the front room & shared kitchen downstairs so I will be entering the 1st unti frequently but will be mindful of the tenant's work & at home schedule. I will also be using the portal washer & dryer located in the 1st floor unit kitchen area and consideration will be given to share portable washer & dryer once discussed with tenant but there are currently no washer/dryer hookups in the property. Parking on the street. No loud noises after 10pm and noise levels need to be minimal throughout the day as well; as sometimes I work from home.
