The home is located in a great up-and-coming neighborhood near the Centennial Trail, parks, city pool, lots of pubs and restaurants nearby, main bus route- one block away, The Spokane River winds itself from downtown Spokane all around the neighborhood with many hiking trails and seating for observing nature all around! Downtown Spokane is just a hop, skip and a jump away! Many of the local hospitals are within a 10-minute drive. As this is inside of my home as a roommate/housemate situation, if you are interested in renting this room we will need to meet and see if we would be a good fit to live together prior to any application being accepted.
