Just off Scranton, this house is close to Metro Hospital, Ohio City, Clark-Fulton, Old Brooklyn, and Gordon Square neighborhoods. It's in between I-90 and I-71, with very easy access to both within moments. Just a couple blocks away is the #51 RTA MetroHealth Line that runs along W. 25th. This spacious, 1200 sqft, two-bedroom apartment is a very cozy space in the wintertime and the large, shared front porch is a fantastic place to spend a warm summer evening. This is the downstairs unit, with 5 steps up to the porch. The basement steps are 8 or 9. The woodwork in this apartment is truly outstanding. The pictures speak for themselves. The built-ins found in the dining room are in excellent condition with a window seat and two large windows. The front bedroom boasts an uncommonly large pocket door that's kind of impressive. All of the windows are new, double-hung, vinyl replacement windows. The floor is luxury vinyl plank in the living room and dining room. The bedrooms and closet have original hardwood floor, while the bathroom and kitchen have tile. The living room and dining room are fairly open to each other, making for a very nice space. In the living room, there is a mantle over an decommissioned fireplace. The kitchen is a large space with lots of original cabinets and adequate counter space. A small kitchen cart works great in here for a little added prep space. The appliances are one year old, both GE, and the stove is gas. The bathroom is large and has been updated with a tub surround and newer vanity and mirror. The bedrooms are 10.5' x 11' and 7.5' x 11' . In between the bedrooms is a MASSIVE walk-in closet with a long bar for hanging clothes and floor to ceiling built-ins with some drawers and a large cabinet. It's really a gem! The included heat is steam and it stays pretty toasty. There are laundry hookups available in the basement along with a storage unit. This building and property is smoke and vape free. There are no exceptions. Smoking or vaping inside the building or outside on the property will absolutely not be tolerated. The ideal tenant is simply a non-smoker of anything. Pets of any kind are not allowed. There is off street parking in a garage with a door opener! The Zillow application is required as it already includes a credit check and a background check.
