The smaller bedroom is $550/person (or $1100 for your own private bedroom and bathroom) & a spot in the master bedroom is $600/person (sharing the room w/ one female who is in her last yr at UCLA) - not including utilities. Move in is at the end of this month - beginning of February. There is one tandem parking spot.The apartment is located on Camden Ave, (adjacent to Santa Monica Blvd, between Sepulveda & Veteran). It's walking distance to Sawtelle, and less than 5 minute walk to a Big Blue Bus stop (line 1)! It'll take you 10-20 minutes to get to school (depending on traffic)
